Is there a minimum order?

Yes - you need to order products to the value of $35.

Is there a delivery charge?

Orders over $180 are free of delivery charges. Orders between $101 and $180 incur a delivery charge of 5% and orders from $35 to $100 will have 10% added to the total cost of your products.

Which credit cards can I use?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Amex.

Will my personal details remain private?

Yes. We guarantee that under no circumstance will your personal details be released.

What if I forget my password?

Simply contact us through our online feedback facility or phone 0407 002 963. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Simply type your postcode into the postcode search facility. If it is indicated that we do not currently deliver to your area, please contact us, we may be able help you.

What happens if I place an order over the weekend?

Any orders placed between 10.00 p.m. Thursday and 10.00 p.m. Sunday, will be delivered from Monday.

What if I do not require next day delivery?

Indicate your preference day and date in the 'Special Instructions' box located on the 'Check Out' pages.

How late can I place my order for next day delivery?

Orders must be placed by 10pm for next day delivery.

When can my order by delivered?

When you reach the Check Out page you will be given the following delivery options:
Adelaide Metropolitan Area12.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
(Monday to Friday)6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Southern Areas 
(Monday to Friday)2.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

What happens if a product is not in stock?

We will do our best to ensure that your ordered products are delivered to you. There may be a time when the availability of a product is out of our control. In these circumstances we will provide the nearest possible match to your order. This may be as simple as a size difference only. We will gladly refund any product that you are dissatisfied with.

Do I have to personally accept my order?

No. However we prefer that you be at home or the office during your nominated delivery time. We can leave your shopping with polystyrene containers and ice packs to keep your refrigerated products cool for several hours. YOU MUST LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS if you are not going to receive your order personally. Simply type a message in the Special Instructions box located on the Checkout Page.We will not leave your products without prior notice nor without credit card payment being received.

What if I can not find the product that I want?

Have you tried our search facility? Simply type in the product that you are looking for and you will be provided with a list of related products. Still can not find the product you want? Simply contact us through our online feedback facility and we will see what we can do to supply it to you.

Alternatively when submitting an order, list the extra products that you require in the 'Special Instructions' box located on the 'Check Out' pages. We will endeavor to supply these products.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

We aim to provide high quality products and service. If any aspect of your shopping experience is unsatisfactory, please contact us through our online feedback facility, phone 0407 002 963.

How do I sign up for an Easyfuel card?

How do I use my Easyfuel discounts?

You simply need to add your Easyfuel card number to your details at the Check Out page. Claiming your discounts is simple – just present your card at any participating fuel outlet and tell the cashier that you have ‘web discounts’. Every order that you place with Altra Easy Shopping gives your 4 cents per litre off your fuel bill!

Cookies are labels used by a web site to identify individual web browsers. Altra Easy Shopping uses cookies to recognise individual customers. A customer identification label is passed as a cookie to your web browser. When you order a product, the site stores that order against your customer identification. Your server could be experiencing some difficulties. In these circumstances you will need to contact your provider.

Alternatively, there may be a caching problem with the temporary internet files stored on your computer. To rectify this simply clear your caching by following these steps:

  3. Locate the 'temporary internet files' box
  4. Click on 'delete files'
  5. Click 'OK'
  6. Click 'OK' to close the 'internet options' function
  7. Restart your computer
