Altra Easy Shopping aims to provide shopping at the click of a button!

To become a registered user of Altra Easy Shopping, you will be required to provide your name, address, telephone number and a password.

First time users must register before proceeding to the Check Out. Once you have completed your first order you can access previous orders by logging in to the site. You can edit your order at any time – you may chose to do your shopping over several days by logging in at different times before proceeding to the Check Out with your completed order.

The next time you shop with us ensure that you log in. This will also give you the option of accessing your personalised shopping list.

Once you have entered the site you have the option to browse the Departments and Specials and/or use the product Search facility.

Find the items that you like and simply order the quantity that you require for each item in the quantity box. Click once on the 'Add To Cart' button at the bottom of each page before proceeding to another shelf.

The shopping cart will automatically display and update the total value of your order and display the number of items that you have purchased from each Department. If you require a complete list of the items ordered, simply click on the 'cart details/edit' button at any stage.

When you have finished shopping, go to the Check Out where you can edit and remove items to finalise your order.

Then proceed to the next Check Out page and complete the required delivery details. Once you have entered the Check Out DO NOT use the back button on your web browser.

On the second Check Out page there is also a provision for you to add 'Special Instructions' for your delivery. For example:

• An enquiry regarding a new product on the market
• An enquiry regarding a product you could not find on the site
• You may require a different delivery day
• You may not want any replacements added for unavailable products.

If you are paying by credit card online, your secure transaction will be acknowledged, a receipt will be provided and you will receive separate confirmation by e-mail. If you wish to give your credit card details to us via phone, please do so on completion of your order on 0407 002 963.

You can then look forward to receiving your order.
